“Tape Recorders” - MCA Sydney (2011) by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer

“what you give is what you get.” 

얼마전 시드니 MCA 에서 “Recorders” 전시가 끝난 

라파엘 로자노 헤머 Rafael Lozano-Hemmer의 작품.

이 사람 참 작품이 참 매력적이다.

건축과 무대예술을 아우른 작품 활동도 맘에 들지만 가장 매력적인 것은

작품의 최종 지향점인 interactivity 의 명쾌한 구현에 있다.

이번 전시 설명에서 조차 Crowdsourced show라고 명명하고 관객의 참여를 핵심에 두었다.
 
센스있게 프랭크 스텔라의 말 “what you see is what you get” 를 언급하며  

이젠  “what you give is what you get.” 가 될 것이라고 말하기 까지
